Skeeter's Mesquite Grill is owned and operated by Houston-based Adair Family Restaurants. Gary Adair, and his wife Betsy, opened their first Skeeter's Mesquite Grill in West University in 1988. Since then, Skeeter's has expanded across Houston serving up fresh ingredients and Tex-Mex goodness to Houstonians.
